An important and largely open site in Lower Sydenham that forms the entry point to the LPA's opportunity and regeneration plans for Bell Green and its surrounds. Fronted by the historic Livesey Memorial Hall the 2.81 acre site sits adjacent to the former Bell Green Gas Works which was recently acquired by Barratt Developments Plc. Lower Sydenham (Mainline) provides access to London Waterloo in c. 26 minutes.
Value-add Plan
Our professional team has worked to identify the the optimum way the site could form part of the bigger picture for Bell Green's regeneration and how we could produce a scheme that would work seamlessly with and celebrate the Livesey Memorial Hall at its centre. After positive talks with the local council we continue to work with them to ensure we identify the needs of the local community as part of a high quality residential scheme.
